Vacc-Safe DualGuard ULT freezer can be used for the storage and protection of temperature sensitive samples and valuable pharmaceutical products. Using two independent refrigeration systems, if one system fails, the other can maintain the freezer’s temperature uniformly in the -80°C range.

Heated Pressure Equalization Port
When doors are opened and closed on Ultra Low Freezers a vacuum is created as the warmer air introduced is cooled down. Equalisation ports allow the unit to draw in a small amount of air to equalise the internal space allowing the door to be opened faster than units without this function.
